I stayed up until 4:00 last night watching LOST with Gabriela and woke up at 7:30 to bike back and print Trey’s ticket so I was really tired and took a nap from 4:00 in the afternoon to 5:30. During this period, I dreamed that the fridge in the dorm lounge had been replaced with a bigger fridge with more drawers and doors and that everyone’s food was inside it. I went into the lounge to get my water bottle and opened the refrigerator to refill it and inside was Shanice’s birthday cake (it was Shanice’s birthday yesterday), some packages of Reese’s peanut butter cups, an ice cube tray full of caramel covered cream cheese balls, two more cakes that others had made for Shanice (one Oreo cookie flavored and one a big chocolate chip cookie), Clinton’s macarons, and two empanada-shaped individually-covered fondant ice cream cakes. Almost everything had signs on it that said “Compliments of Shanice! =)” or “Dig in!” In the dream I kept dropping things and picking them back up and shoving them into place. There were other people with me and I just wanted to taste Shanice’s cake, it was all I wanted out of all the things in the refrigerator, just a tiny piece, and I kept taking things out and putting them on the counter and not finding the cake and things kept falling and I’d pick them up and panic that people were going to come in and see me. Then I picked up a handful of cookie cake out of frustration and right when I was shoving it into my mouth a girl from my house walked in and caught me eating someone else’s cake.

I have these dreams a lot after massive binges because of RESIDUAL GUILT related with food, I wake up and try to laugh but sometimes I have them about drinking mayonnaise while other people watch and not being able to stop.
